20 April 2026 17:28 We have been advised that our partner has found a networking issue that was causing webmail not to load and connections to our mail servers to fail from some geographical locations. A solution has now been implemented and we anticipate that this will resolve the ongoing problems with email. It is likely to be some time before all services resume normal operation due to the additional load currently. For the duration of the network issues, mail sent from affected locations will have been returned to the sender with a non-delivery notification. Any undelivered mail will therefore need to be re-sent by the original sender once services are back to normal.
